    Creative Technologist + Motion & Interactive Design Leader. I build, not only pipelines, but a way to tell stories differently all while balancing between time, budget, and bandwidths. I have a background in the Video & Animation Production industries that is cobbled together with video game development, web development and a UX focus.

I believe in working smarter, not harder by building a true workflow that compliments each team members strength so that we can all grow together. I take a fail forward approach to guide each person into not only the roles they are currently in, but the roles they want to grow into.
